Using our knowledge of the energy and property sectors we see many opportunities that we put through a rigorous systematic assessment process, based on our knowledge of investors’ requirements, before deciding whether or not to take them forward.
Managing transactions
We appoint a Project Lead who is responsible for implementing the process from decision to proceed through to closing. Then we build a team around them, either using our own staff or trusted associates we know can deliver.
