ep consultancy is always on the lookout for talented individuals who share our passion for positive impact and helping to drive the net zero transition.

We believe in fostering a culture of collaboration and entrepreneurship, which is reflected in the breadth and innovative nature of our work. We already collaborate with a number of Associates, with backgrounds spanning decarbonisation, energy efficiency, strategy, finance, military, research and many other areas, calling on their expertise as required for different projects (including fixed-term and part-time roles).

While we are not recruiting for any specific positions right now, we have a number of large and small projects in the pipeline and openly invite speculative applications – in particular, we anticipate the need for the following expertise over the coming months:

  • Project management, including large scale private-public sector partnerships
  • Net zero strategy and implementation
  • Financing for energy efficiency projects
  • New ESCO (energy service company) launches in multiple sectors and geographies across the UK
