The due diligence included a full assessment of stakeholder relationships and relevant contracting, validation and technical comments on the battery life and depreciation of the EV assets, and an evaluation of project financials, technical estimations and measurement and verification approaches.
The project resulted in the deployment of 100 EVs to Private Hire Drivers and a measured abatement of 355 tCO2e / year.
