Minh has a background in management science with professional experience in sustainable buildings, net-zero strategy, and impact investing. Having gained study and work experience in multiple countries, she is passionate about the implementation of net-zero projects in different geographic and cultural contexts, as well as about international collaboration in climate action. She holds a Master’s degree in Climate Change, Management and Finance from the Imperial College London.

Miti holds a First-Class, integrated master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Edinburgh, having gained in-depth knowledge in the science behind energy efficiency. Miti has conducted a range of primary research examining regional decarbonisation strategies and net zero asset classes. She has developed expertise on providing technical advisory services and engaging with project stakeholders to coordinate approaches and develop project pipelines.

Armin is a multifaceted professional and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of international experience working on clean energy topics in public and private sector organisations. He is fluent in English, French and German, and maintains an extensive global network in the energy sector. Armin is passionate about the role of policies and governance in driving the transition to a sustainable, low carbon energy system.

Jessica is a freelance consultant, focusing on the intersection of climate change and business. She believes that bridging the gap between investment and science is crucial to addressing climate change and biodiversity loss. Jessica’s previous experience includes over 10 years at asset manager PIMCO where she developed skills in client relations, business development, reporting, and marketing. She holds a Masters degree in Climate Change, Management, and Finance from Imperial College Business School, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Willamette University.

James’ passion is in designing and delivering sustainable, low-energy projects that benefit their end users and society at large. With over 19 years in the industry, he has extensive experience in many sectors, including residential, educational, cultural and mixed use projects and is able to approach projects with both a creative and technical mindset. James’ approach is underpinned with a knowledge of building physics, having earned a master’s degree in Energy Efficient and Sustainable Building in 2009. 

Gary has 35 years’ experience leading Architecture and multi-disciplined Green Infrastructure Design teams from his base in Hampshire. His focus is to minimise impact and energy use in the construction and whole life operation of all projects whether new build or refurbishment. Gary is Chair of the AECB and sits on the Board of Future South and the Steering Group of Green Halo. He regularly speaks at and chairs events and brings his commercial contacts and experience.

Colin has deep operational and management experience in the power electronics industry.
As former CEO of Eltek ASA and Eltek Valere, he was responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the international company for over 16 years. An engineer by trade, Colin remains dedicated to energy systems innovation and joined ep group as the director of ep Pixii to build out the distributed energy business in the UK.

Leo is a former army officer, civil engineer, and seasoned financier, with a specialist interest in sustainability and the delivery of social goals alongside financial ones. Leo’s conviction is garnered from pathfinding roles in military engineering, disaster relief, regeneration, and impact investing, where he has witnessed the power of collective ambition. 

Mike has 30 years commercial and corporate experience in the development of businesses and projects in distributed energy and the built environment. His career has spanned start up, early-stage business through to the large corporate arena having worked at executive board and divisional level for a FTSE 250 outsourcing and energy services company. Mike joined ep in 2016 to support the firm’s strategy of catalysing and investing directly into businesses and developments which create demonstrable impact in the UK’s energy transition.

Steve is an author, public speaker, and global pioneer, driven in the pursuit of net zero and a regenerative economy. Steve has had significant impact on the energy transition in the UK and beyond with his work with corporates, investors, public sector bodies and governments. Steve is committed to implementing strong leadership and governance based on equitable and ethical business principles.
