ep assets is an asset management company specialising in identifying, commercialising, and deploying energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies in UK and overseas; including ep Group’s own proprietary products such as ESCO-in-a-Box® (“EiaB”).
These opportunities are originated directly or through its sister ep companies and solutions can take any form from simple supply arrangements to the creation of project SPVs/JVs; partnering with well-funded private and state-backed organisations. For example, originated by ep consultancy in 2017, is a 13.2% interest in EESL EnergyPro Assets Ltd (EPAL), a c £100m JV with EESL, India, the world’s largest publicly owned energy services company. In 2018, EPAL acquired Edina, the UK’s leading Combined Heat and Power (CHP) company, for £55m. We work with our partners, corporate finance advisers, and a wide range of investors covering all stages of investment solutions.
