Our second transaction through our JV with EESL illustrates our approach. EESL articulated the need for more sustainable cooling technologies in India and the possibility of using gas driven trigeneration in large buildings and certain industrial applications.
We identified Edina as a technology company that could offer trigeneration expertise with an owner interested in selling off-market. Through our JV EESL purchased Edina and is now selling Edina engineered trigeneration solutions in India.
We are now engaged with a number of clean tech, energy transition companies which have technology relevant to India. We are putting in place commercial transactions and investment to successfully effect technology transfer. To support us in this we are members of UKIBC and part of the Access India Programme.
Through our networks with early-stage investors and market leaders in Europe and the US we see a constant pipeline of clean tech, energy transition, and sustainable building technology companies with an interest in expanding to India and other markets.
