ep projects are delighted to announce planning approval for a £10m green infrastructure redevelopment of a 4.2-acre nature-based site in Romsey, Hampshire. Expected to create around 150 jobs, the campus will accommodate 450 visitors, an on-site café, retail space and educational facilities, as well as flexible workspaces, it will also provide enhanced access to the adjacent 170-acre Fishlake Meadows Nature Reserve. The development encapsulates ep groups commitment to delivering high-performance projects that support the transition to a net zero and regenerative economy.
